WELCOME ON BOARD,
CLEMENT AND MAXIME CLAUZIER!


For the new Enduro 2024 season, the twins Maxime and Clement Cluzier join the Betamotor family.

Born in 2003, this year they will both race on two Beta RR 125 Racing in the French National Championship and in the Youth Class of the World Championship, supported by Team Atomic Moto. In 2023 Clement and Maxime, young talents in Enduro and already known to the French federation for their skills, finished the World Youth Championship in fourth and fifth position respectively. We expect great results this season!

Enduro Assoluti Italia 2023

On the weekend just passed, the 9th and 10th rounds of the Italian Enduro Championships were held in the town of Darfo Boario Terme, in the province of Brescia: concluding the 2023 season.

The Motoclub Sebino designed an unusual race track, featuring five technical and treacherous special stages, with a short transfer mainly on asphalt, to be repeated five times on Saturday and four times in the final round on Sunday, for a total of forty-five special stages.

As usual, the start at the paddock, located in the centre of the town, kicked off the race, which had the riders fighting it out on a track made of: the special Enduro Test 1, very technical and on a ground full of stones for a total length of 5 km; followed by the Extreme Test 1 of 1.5 km on asphalt and full of artificial steps; then moving on to the Cross Test 1 on a sandy and dusty ground for a total length of 3 km.

Ending with the 4th and 5th scheduled special stages: the Cross Test 2 inside the Darfo motocross track, for a total distance of 2 km on hard ground, and the Extreme Test 2, the last special stage, a natural extreme with a few artificial passages, a short distance from the Paddock, with a length of 1.5 km.

The final race weekend of the 2023 season kicked off late in the afternoon on Friday 8th September, attended by a numerous and cheering crowd of fans, for the Prologue held on the same track as the Extreme Test 1 special test and valid as a test for the following race day. Steve Holcombe showed his optimal condition already on Friday evening by setting the fastest time in the SuperTest.

On Saturday Steve Holcombe rode a perfect race, starting off immediately strong, the British rider recorded several good times and at the end of the day won the foreign class and the Overall Championship. The rider, on a Beta RR 350 4T, also ran an incredible race on Sunday with no mistakes. At the end of a day fought to the last special, Steve Holcombe became Italian Champion in the Assoluti class for the third time.

I am extremely happy to have won the title at the Assoluti d’Italia Enduro because I had been missing it for a few years. The weekend was long and tiring with 25 specials on Saturday and 20 on Sunday and it was not easy to stay focused from start to finish. Now maximum priority for the double world round in Portugal.

The Assoluti d’Italia di Enduro 2023 comes to the end, while teams and riders get ready for the double round in Portugal, which will also mark the end of the EnduroGP World Championship.

George takes the Championship!


TRIALGP WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP 2023

Over the weekend just gone, the seventh round of the Herzt Fim Trial World Championship 2023 was held in Vertolaye, France. The race took place in a pinegrove, characterised by an undergrowth full of stones and a dusty track, which was however well designed and enjoyable for riders and viewers, confirming the excellent organisation of the Motoclub Livradois.

The competition was of excellent level for the junior categories, but proved to be extremely selective for the GP category, for which some very tough and tricky areas were included.

On Saturday:

Matteo Grattarola finished with a good 4th position in the TrialGP, while Roura Aniol Gelabert finished 6th.

In Trial 2 Harry Hemingway had a very good race and climbed up to the 3rd step of the podium. Worth mentioning is the excellent race of Carloalberto Rabino, who finished in 2nd position. A good race, also, for David Fabian, who finished in 8th position.

George Hemingway overcame in Trial 3, securing the Championship Title. Good performances also by Mirko Pedretti, 4th, and Jonas Jorgensen, 6th, in the same category.

In the TrialGP Women Andrea Sofia Rabino ended in 4th position after an excellent race.

On Sunday:

Matteo Grattarola finished again 4th, just one point behind the 3rd position due to a few mistakes. Despite a shoulder injury in the last zone of the first lap, Roura Aniol Gelabert managed to finish the race with an excellent 6th position. Both riders confirmed these their respective positions in the final championship ranking.

In Trial 2 Harry Hemingway confirmed his 3rd place, showing his actual progress which led him to the 7th position in the Championship.

In Trial 3 George Hemingway finished 2nd and won his Championship Title. Mirko Pedretti achieved another good 4th position in the race and 6th in the Championship.

In the TrialGP Women Andrea Sofia Rabino climbed on the 3rd step of the podium, confirming her 3rd position also in the Championship.

Also worth mentioning are the performances of Laia Pi Ramirez and Marine Aurieres in the Trial 2 Women, who ended the Championship in 3rd and 4th position respectively.

Betamotor and Matteo Grattarola together again!


Betamotor is pleased to announce a new agreement with Trial rider Matteo Grattarola, effective 1 June 2023.

After many years together and the excellent results achieved in 2022, Matteo and Beta had decided to separate their respective paths at the end of last season.

After a brief experience with Vertigo, Matteo decided for a change of direction and Betamotor is delighted to welcome him back as a Team Factory rider.

We wish Grattarola a great continuation of the season, happy to see him back in Betamotor colours!

New collaboration for Beta
in the Motocross World Championship.


The MXGP 2023 World Championship season starts with many interesting news for Beta

The wait is over, after a winter of preparations, Betamotor is pleased to announce the new collaboration with the Team it will join for the next seasons of the MXGP Motocross World Championship.

It will be the Beta MRT Racing Team that will bring the Beta RX 450 to the track in 2023. Two years after its debut in the MXGP World Championship, Betamotor decided to renew its Motocross commitment by teaming up with a new collaborator who is strongly motivated to support the Company in its growth in the Queen Class of Motocross.

The MRT Racing Team, an all-Italian organisation born in Viterbo, Italy, made its debut in the Motocross World Championship in 2012, immediately achieving excellent results. The now decade-long experience in racing alongside young riders and Cross professionals, make MRT the ideal team to continue the experience in MXGP, where the goal will always be to challenge the undisputed dominance of the Austrian and Japanese manufacturers, going well beyond the Top Ten, already achieved by the first RX 450 at their debut in the World Championship.
The news for the 2023 MX season, however, does not end there!

Alongside the experienced Alessandro Lupino, who after a very complicated season from a physical point of view has finally managed to regain form and spirit, there will be a new young rider, who will ride for MRT Racing Team Beta on the RX 450.

Born in 1997, originally from Nottinghamshire, England, Ben Watson is the new MX Beta rider.
Considered to be one of the most promising young British riders of recent years, Ben Watson missed out on the Top-Ten in the final MXGP standings by a handful of points in 2022, but has shown great potential on many occasions, and is now ready to look for his and his new bike’s peak performance, motivated by a new signing for an Official Factory.
Ben’s career began at the age of 10, when he participated in the European Class 65 series, winning his first race. His last years include a Top Five finish in the MX2 World Championship in both 2018 and 2020, where Ben showed all his speed with wins in the GPs of Lommel and Pietramurata, moving on to MXGP in 2021.

BETA FACTORY TRIAL TEAM 2022


Beta is pleased to announce the line-up of the Official Trial 2022 Team, which will defend the company during the season in National and International competitions.

The team will be composed of four top riders: Matteo Grattarola, Aniol Gelabert, Lorenzo Gandola and Sondre Haga.

The riders will take part in the Outdoor World Championship, the XTrial Championship and their respective National championships.
Matteo Grattarola and Aniol Gelabert will compete in the TrialGP Category of the Outdoor World Championship, while Haga and Gandola will race in the TR2 Category.

The XTrial World Championship will be held exclusively by Matteo Grattarola and Sondre Haga.
As for the National Outdoor Championships, the categories will be TR1 for Matteo Grattarola, and Lorenzo Gandola in the Italian Championship.
Gelabert will battle in the TR1 of the Spanish Championship while Sondre Haga will be attending the Nordic Championship.

Beta is happy to announce that, also in the 2022 season, will support the Rabino Sport Team. Rabino will be present at the World and National Championships with the reigning World Champion Andrea Sofia Rabino and her brother Carlo Alberto, respectively in the Trial Woman and the Tr2 categories.

Visit to the races and you will find Beta Factory Team and Rabino Sport together in the paddock, happy to let you meet the riders and the world of Trial.

Beta and Brad Freeman together again!


Beta is proud to announce the renewal of rider Brad Freeman, who will continue his collaboration with the Beta Factory Team for 3 further years, until 2023.

The English champion owns a long series of consecutive successes in recent years, including 5 titles in the Enduro GP world championship, where he has shown a great consistency of results, always competing for the title.

Brad and the Beta Factory Team will represent the colors of the Italian manufacturer on his Beta 300 RR 2T Factory in the Enduro Gp world championship, E3 category, in which he owns the 2020 world title, as well as in the Italian enduro championship.

Beta Factory Trial Team 2020

Beta is proud to announce its Factory Team that will race with the colors of the Tuscan brand in 2020 national and international competitions.

For this season, the team will count 4 riders: a new member, Matteo Grattarola, joins the team along with the reconfirmed James Dabill, Benoit Bincaz, and Luca Petrella.

James Dabill and Benoit Bincaz will not only take part to the TrialGp Outdoor World Championship, but also to their respective national championships. The British pilot will compete in the Top category of the English league, while Bincaz will fight to defend his first place in the French Elite category. Moreover, the French rider will also race in the Indoor World Championship, while Dabill will compete in the Scottish Six Days and the Scott Trial.

Luca Petrella and Matteo Grattarola will line up in the Trail2 category at the Outdoor World Championship, in addition to taking part in both the Outdoor and Indoor Italian Championships.

The Beta Factory Team will debut during the first round of the Outdoor World Championship taking place in the Czech Republic on May 23rd and 24th.

Benjamin Herrera Reached The Podium At The Bassella Race 1

Last weekend, the Bassella Race 1 took place in Spain. The enduro event consisted in two tests, an extreme race on Saturday, and a cross-country one on Sunday.

On Saturday Benjamin Herrera got a 7th place, while on Sunday he started very well, achieving the lead of the race. Unfortunately, due to some mistakes, he ended up the race in third position.

The Chilean rider was very pleased and he said ”It’s my first time here and I really enjoyed the race. I’m really happy about the result and the feeling with the bike. Now I’m focused on the training to get ready for the Enduro Extreme season.”

Next Sunday Benjamin Herrera will be at the Winter Black Hole, a race of the Extreme Enduro Trophy, taking place in Pistoia.
